How does the camera count visitors?
If a group enters, the camera counts them as one within two seconds.
What happens if a person enters the store backwards?
The camera will not count someone who enters backwards.
Can consultants standing near the door be counted?
Consultants will not be counted if they are not in the designated counting area.
How many days will it take to install cameras?
Installation will take 5 business days after payment.
How many cameras are needed for the HeatMap?
Existing store cameras are used for the HeatMap feature, with our JetsonNano equipment installed.
Do your cameras recognize faces?
The camera only captures demographic data like gender and age, not specific faces.
What model are your cameras?
Our camera model is Simcam Alloy 1S.
How do your cameras connect to our internet network?
The cameras connect to the client's WiFi, provided the network is not hidden and allows access.
Where in the store will the camera be installed?
Cameras are installed above the entrance on the ceiling.
What is the minimum ceiling height required for your cameras?
The recommended installation height is 3 to 4 meters above the door and 3 meters from the floor.
Is there an option for integration with existing ERP/POS/CRM systems?
We provide API documentation for integration with existing systems.
