My text is garbled; how do I fix it?
Character encoding issues can sometimes be resolved using OCR tools like PDF2GO or iLovePDF. However, we cannot guarantee the functionality of these external services.
I'm getting an error; why isn't it working?
The uploaded file may not be compatible with Readable. Try using our test file: https://readable.jp/test.pdf
Some English text is not being translated.
Unaligned text or complex layouts can cause our system to misinterpret text. Currently, there's no user-side fix. Trying a different version of the document might help.
The Chrome extension isn't working properly.

Will the extension work if I open a PDF from Google Drive in a modal window?
No, the extension does not work when viewing PDFs in Google Drive's modal window.
I'm getting an error when translating my file. What should I do?
If your page isn't A4 size, the layout detection may not work properly. Resizing it might improve the translation quality. You can resize the file using PDF2GO: https://www.pdf2go.com/resize-pdf
Does it support languages other than English?
Currently, we only support English to Japanese translation.
Can I use DeepL translation in the Pro version?
No, you cannot use DeepL translation with Readable Pro. Only our unique translation engine is available.
Is there a file size limit for the Pro version?
The file size limit for the Pro version is 100 pages and 50 MB. If your file exceeds these limits, please split it into smaller files.
Is the Readable extension compatible with Chrome?

Can I share my Readable account with multiple people?
No, accounts cannot be shared. Each user needs their own account.

NextLab Inc. is not a registered invoice issuer.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly payments?
Yes, you can change your payment plan at any time. The price will be prorated.
How do I generate an invoice?
You can download your invoice from your account's payment management section.
Can I change the recipient name on the invoice?
You can change the recipient's name on the screen; however, the invoice may still reflect the originally registered company name. For official invoices, use Readable for Business.
