When does it show up?

It only shows up on any page you embed the code on. It's best to only show this once the user has had a chance to use your product.

How is this different from other feedback widgets?

If a user gives negative feedback, we ask for feedback on improving the product. If the feedback is positive, we ask what they enjoyed and turn that into a testimonial.
