What’s the difference between Navan Business and Navan Enterprise?
Navan Business and Navan Enterprise both have all the travel and expense features companies love. In addition, Navan Enterprise offers support features to help with implementing and scaling the platform.
Does the Navan Business price change after a certain amount of trips?
As long as your company has 200 or fewer employees, there is no limit to how many trips you can book with Navan Travel. Navan Expense is free for the first 15 monthly expensing users, and then is $15 per user per month.
What is an expensing user?
An active expense user is anyone who submits a transaction into Navan expense by manual transaction or Navan Connect.
Is Navan only for booking flights?
No, travelers can book flights, hotels, car rentals, and trains on Navan.
Why is it free for companies of up to 200 employees to use Navan Business?
Navan is powered by travel providers’ commission fees—so you get access to a huge inventory without any cost to you.
