When am I billed?

You are billed when you become a paying subscriber to a plan. Additional requests are billed at the end of your billing month.

Can I switch plans in the middle of billing cycle?

Yes. If you pay for one plan and switch to another plan then you will be given a pro-rated credit towards your new plan.

We are an agency. How can we bill our clients?

Create a workspace for your agency. Set up individual workspaces for each of your clients and enable client workspaces as Sub Accounts. Billing will flow through your primary agency account.
