What is 1 interview credit?
An interview lasts up to 8 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions and 3 minutes for candidate queries. It ends after 8 minutes automatically.
Where is data stored?
All candidate and customer data is stored in Google Cloud. Candidate recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted, while customer data is stored indefinitely unless requested for deletion.
