We charge $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year. This includes 1 Million ChatGPT tokens, 25 images generated via Dall-E, and 2 hours of voice transcription powered by Whisper. What data does Solvemigo store?
We care about privacy and have made several efforts to help you protect your data. * As you use the bot, we delete old messages and retain only the last 10 required for maintaining chat context. This is technically necessary but your messages are used for no other purposes. You can also delete all your messages from our servers at any time by using the Forget History command. * Your uploaded audio files and voice notes are never stored on our servers, they are processed and then immediately deleted. * Any images generated for you are never stored on our servers. They are sent to you as attachments by the bot and deleted from our servers immediately. * Your data is sent to OpenAI for processing responses, [you can read their privacy policy here](https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy).
What is chat context?
In order to help Solvemigo remember your conversation, whenever you send a new message, we send the last 10 messages (5 from you and 5 from the bot, 10 total) to maintain context of the topic of conversation.
How does chat quota (word limit) work?
Your Solvemigo account has a set number of words you can use each month. Words are used for any messages you send or receive on the bot. When you send a message, to help the bot remember the topic of discussion, we also pass in the last 10 messages, and this counts towards your words quota. A Pro account provides you 750K words every month. This is enough to ask the bot roughly 1300 questions on average, but can vary based on the length of your messages and the bots responses.
How reliable are the model responses?
While ChatGPT is generally reliable, at times it may confidently produce incorrect responses. It is advisable to always double check any important details. ChatGPT is optimised to produce plausible sounding responses, not correct responses. From OpenAI: While we have safeguards in place, the system may occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information and produce offensive or biased content. It is not intended to give advice.
Can I ask Solvemigo about recent events?
ChatGPT, the AI that Solvemigo is based on, does not have any knowledge of events after mid-2021.
