I am getting this error: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details
To fix this, go your [OpenAI billing settings](https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/overview) and make sure you have a paid OpenAI account and paid at least $5 to OpenAI and have credits loaded in your account. If it’s still not working, make sure you don’t have any quota settings as that may make you hit your limit. If your OpenAI API balance says $0, add funds to your balance so that you have funds as this is the main reason for this issue.
I get a never-ending loading spinner when changing AI Models & temperature
Usually this is due to a conflict with another extension or Chrome extension. If you try it in incognito mode, it should work. You can try disabling Google Sheets Addons and Chrome extensions one-by-one to find which one is causing the conflict with SheetMagic. Other things to check: – Try in incognito mode. It may be a conflict with another extension – Make sure your OpenAI API account has funds in it and is not a zero balance – If you are not the owner of the sheet, try doing this in a different new sheet – If all else fails, try a different Google account on a new sheet
How do I give SheetMagic access to my team?
You will copy the license key in your SheetMagic account page and give them your license key. When they start using SheetMagic, their email will automatically populate in your account under “License Management” and you can revoke their access anytime.
Do any of the web browsing features use OpenAI credits?
No! These are completely free of charge and you can use them in an unlimited fashion  Most companies limit this, but there is unlimited use when you use SheetMagic!
How do I change the length of a response from OpenAI?
By default, your OpenAI settings are set to 800 tokens of output. You can up the token limit by opening the SheetMagic sidebar and changing the amount of tokens to 4000 for longer responses back from OpenAI. We recommend also enabling Safe Mode for longer outputs.
Can I use SheetMagic without an OpenAI key?
SheetMagic requires an OpenAI key to use it, so you’ll need to attach your API key regardless. Whether you’re using GPT-3.5 or GPT-4, you’ll need an OpenAI key no matter what. Even if you have ChatGPT account or ChatGPT plus, you’ll still need to attach your OpenAI key.
