How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
To upgrade or change your subscription plan, simply log in to your SortResume.ai account and navigate to the Billing page. From there, you can select a new plan that best fits your needs and proceed with the upgrade. The change will take effect immediately.
I selected free plan and I’m asked to enter my credit card details. Why is that? Will I get charged?
To subscribe to our Free plan, a valid credit card is required to prevent fraudulent activity. You will only be charged if you purchase additional credits or upgrades.
I spent my monthly resume quota, can I still use the app?
Yes, you can still use all features, but you won't be able to score additional resumes until your quota resets at the end of the billing cycle. You can purchase additional credits instead.
When will my monthly resume quota restart?
Your quota will restart at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
What happens with my unspent resume credits?
Purchased additional resume credits roll over to the next month without an expiration date. Monthly plan resumes do not roll over.
How do I cancel my subscription?
