How does Gleek’s pricing work?
We offer Free, Premium Monthly, Premium Per-Activity, and Team plans. The Premium Monthly and Team plans cost €6.95/month, Premium Per-Activity costs €10.99/month.
How does a Per-Activity plan work?
It's a subscription that charges you based on how much you use Gleek. Instead of a fixed monthly fee, you pay for each time you use it. You're charged upfront, but if you don't use it the next month, your payment freezes until you use the tool again. Can I upgrade my team members to the Gleek Team Plan?
Yes, you can! As the Team Plan Owner, go to "User Management" in your Gleek app's Profile section. Invite team members by entering their emails and, once they accept, their accounts upgrade automatically. Only the Team Plan Owner can manage subscriptions. What forms of payment do you accept?
We support major credit cards such Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Is your checkout process secure?
Absolutely! We use Braintree for secure transactions, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you can cancel the monthly plan any time before the billing date. Your plan will be valid until the end of the given period and you will not be charged for the new month. You can check billing info in your profile.
Is it possible to get a trial period?
No, we do not offer a Free Trial.
What are the limitations of the Free plan?
The Free plan contains all basic diagramming features. The biggest limitation is that the user can only create 5 diagram files and 40 diagram objects in each diagram file. At the same time, our new Gleek AI chat feature is not available in the Free version. All diagrams are only stored locally in the browser IndexDB database. There is only one export format available (PNG) and there is no way to change the styling of the diagrams. Also, support is only provided for paid plans. Lastly, the Free version contains ads, while the Premium plan is ad-free.

Can I change the look and feel of my diagrams?
Yes, this feature is available in the Premium plan. You can choose from predefined templates and customize the style of your diagrams to match your presentation.
Where are my diagrams stored?
In the Free plan, diagrams are only stored locally in the browser IndexDB database. In the paid plans, diagrams are stored on Gleek servers with an additional security layer. If you are a paid user, you can also connect Gleek to your Git repository and have your diagrams stored there together with your code.
What is the benefit of Git integration with Gleek?
If you connect Gleek to your git repository, you can save all diagrams there (they are kept in your org private storage). You can share diagrams between your team members. Version control is also available.
Do you have integration with Confluence or Azure DevOps?
