FAQs
Transparent backgrounds in PNG images show up white
This has been an issue and a widely reported one since iOS 13 was released, when you import photos using iTunes import/sync or iCloud sync it will convert your transparent PNG file to a non-transparent JPG file. It has not been fixed so far. You can use AirDrop, or download your PNG images from a weblink to get the transparent PNG file onto your device rather than sharing through iPhoto.
If I have subscribed to a Pro plan, would I still need to buy credits?
If you are a Pro user, you will receive up to 450 credits per month. You can use the Pro credits to access any tools, and if you exhaust the Pro credits, you can purchase the Pay-as-you-go credits online at any time.
Does my Pro subscription work on mobile?
Absolutely! The Pro plan offers you unlimited access to all features on both iOS and Android apps.
I have a team. Which plan should I choose?
Our Pay-as-you-go plan supports team collaboration. All team members will share your credits. You can choose an ideal Pay-as-you-go option and upgrade your team seats [here](https://picwish.com/my-account?subRoute=my-group). Please note that the Pro plan only includes one seat and does not support team mode.
What happens if I renew my Pro Plan and don't use all my credits within the subscription period?
Please note that any unused Pro credits do not roll over to the next subscription period. Your Pro credits will refresh every month or week, starting from your subscription date.
How can I get a refund?
You can ask support for a refund if you purchase our online or Windows version of PicWish. For the specific refund amount, please see our [refund policy](https://picwish.com/refund-policy). If you subscribed from Google Play Store or App Store, please go to [Apple](https://support.apple.com/HT204084) or [Google](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) to get a refund. Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription any time. Please note that your action takes effect immediately. For example, if you have subscribed to a weekly plan and then upgrade to a monthly plan during the weekly subscription period, the monthly subscription will run when you successfully pay.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes, you can get an invoice for each order. Generally, when you pay successfully, you will receive an email from the payment platform with an electronic invoice. If you fail to receive the invoice, feel free to [contact our support and submit a ticket](https://picwish.com/contact-us).
Why must I pay for generative AI tools?
Generative AI tools require a lot of server computing power to generate results, but we'll always make it as affordable as possible. With the Pro plan, you can use the included Pro credits to access these tools.
What images are supported?
You can upload any PNG, JPG, JPEG, JFIF, or WEBP image. The specific requirements are based on the feature being used.
