Glasp is a social web highlighter that allows users to highlight and organize quotes and ideas from the web and PDFs without switching between screens. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please go to your user settings page to cancel your subscription. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your billing period.
Can I get refund if I cancel my subscription?
We do not offer refunds for any subscription cancellations except where required by law. Please read our terms of service for more information.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your [user settings](/settings/plans). Please click "Manage My Subscription" in your user settings.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your billing period. After that, you will lose access to the premium features.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for automatically renewed subscriptions, so please make sure to cancel before the renewal if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user settings.
What are Public Highlights and Private Highlights?
Glasp is a social PDF & Web highlighter that allows you to collect, organize, and share insightful ideas from the web. Highlights are public by default, making it easy to discover and learn from other like-minded people's learning. Public highlights are a key feature of Glasp’s mission to make knowledge sharing and discovery easy. Private Highlights, on the other hand, are only visible to you, giving you the flexibility to keep certain highlights and notes confidential while still contributing to the community when you choose.
What are Basic YouTube Summaries and Advanced YouTube Summaries?
Basic YouTube Summaries allow you to quickly generate concise overviews of YouTube videos using advanced AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio, Gemini, or Mistral, making it easy to grasp the main points of a video. On the other hand, Advanced YouTube Summaries enhance the experience by displaying the summary directly on the video page as you watch, enabling you to follow along seamlessly and gain deeper insights without leaving the page. You can customize the prompt to suit your needs.
