What are profile credits?
Profile credits are counted whenever a Crystal DISC assessment is completed or a new profile is viewed using our Chrome Extension.
How many profiles will I need?
This varies by business, but on average, a single user needs 240 profiles per year.
How long is my free account accessible for?
Your free account will be saved and available even after your 10 free profile credits have been used.
What onboarding, training, and support is included?
Support is provided for PREMIUM or BUSINESS plans. PREMIUM plan users can email support, while BUSINESS plan users get a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Can I pay monthly billing?
The Premium plan does not support monthly billing; monthly options for Business plans require reaching out to an account executive.
What happens when I use all of my profile credits?
If on the FREE plan, you get a notification to upgrade; PREMIUM users should contact sales, and BUSINESS plan users should reach out to their Customer Success Manager.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can manage your plan through billing settings and any changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle except upgrades.
