What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a billing unit for your subscription. You can own or be part of as many workspaces as you want, but each one will require its own subscription.
Who counts as a App User?
An App User is someone who can log into the Softr app you've built. We will only count users that are in your published apps.
What if I need more than 2500 users

What is the difference between an App Builder and App User
1. An App Builder is someone who can build and edit Softr apps in your workspace. 2. An App User is someone who can log into a Softr app that you have built.
What is a Custom Domain?
Every Softr application comes with a dedicated Softr subdomain (e.g. yourapp.softr.app), but you can also connect it to your own domain.
What if I need to add more custom domains?
When you’ve used the free custom domain connection that comes with your workspace and want to connect to an additional domain, we will ask you to confirm the extra charge before completing the connection.
What is a User Group?
A user group is a "role" inside your Softr app. You can assign different permissions to each user group, and add users (either manually or based on conditions) to the groups to simplify permission management.
What is “Records per app” limit?
This is the max number of records you can have in a single app. An app that hits the limit will still work, but it won't process additional records. We divide the usage into 2 buckets: Standard data sources and Advanced.
What are your cancellation and downgrade refund policies?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we give a full refund of the first payment of a monthly subscription within the first 14 days or the first payment of an annual subscription within the first 30 days.
How much does Enterprise plan cost and what are its features?
An enterprise plan is a custom plan tailored to your specific needs and the price varies depending on many factors. It includes SSO (for your app users), advanced security compliance, a dedicated customer success manager, priority support and bug fixes, and more.
How do I decide which plan is right for me?
The best way to guide your decision is to use the number of apps and app users as a starting point. If permission control is important to you, we'd recommend at least Professional plan so you can create custom user groups and assign more advanced permissions.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and educational institutions?
Yes! If you’re a non-profit or an en educational institution, you are eligible to receive any plan for a 30% discount.
How does the subscription renewal work?
Softr subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (either monthly or yearly). The billing applies to a single workspace.
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes, you can pay either monthly or yearly. If you choose to purchase an annual plan, it’ll charge the yearly amount at the point of subscription, and renew in a year's time.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands. We don’t accept Paypal payments at this moment.
