What is the difference between users and active users?
Users added to active campaigns can submit stories. Once that campaign is deactivated their details are stored for future engagements.
What are active campaigns and active topics?
You can set up and store any number of campaigns and topics on StoryTagger. You have a certain number which can be live based on your plan. To submit a story users need to be added to an Active Campaign which has at least one Active Topic
Can I swap users?
Yes. Administrators can swap users on and off the platform using the admin dashboard.
Is there a desktop recording tool?
Yes. As well as native Android and iOS apps available for free on app stores, StoryTagger offers story creators the option of using a browser-based recording tool.
Can I download the stories as MP4s files?
Stories are saved in a standard MP4 format, and can be downloaded from the admin dashboard.
What happens if we don't get engagement?
When you sign up you receive free training, and full access to our good practice guides, to make sure you have both the process and skills in place to support creator engagement.
Does StoryTagger work with large enterprises?
As you can see from our customer list, yes we do! Lots of global enterprises have onboarded StoryTagger. Our experts will guide you through InfoSec and Legal.
Where is data hosted?
StoryTagger data is hosted in London and Dublin. The platform is fully GDPR compliant.
Can we host the stories on our platforms?
Yes. You can download all your stories and host them on your own platforms. The content you curate with StoryTagger belongs to you forever.
Do we get subtitles and transcripts?
Yes, AI-generated transcripts and subtitles files are included with every story that gets shared.
Can we add titles and branding to stories?
Yes, you can select whether you want unbranded or branded video downloads. Ask our experts about what options are available.
