This feature will be available soon on AIMusic station.Currently,you can only cancel your current subscription by Manage Subscriptions，and then resubscribe to a new plan after the end of the current subscsription cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your current subscription via the "Manage Subscriptions" button at the top.If you have any questions, please contact our support team [service@aimusic.fm].
Will my subscription plan renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription plan will renew automatically. If you don't wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel your subscription by Manage Subscriptions. Otherwise, you will be automatically charged on each subscription cycle date.
Why was I still charged after canceling my subscription?
the cancellation of your subscription stops the automatic renewal for future periods, but the current month's fee will still be charged. In other words, after you cancel, the platform will not charge you for the next month, but the fee for the current month will not be refunded, as it was already paid at the beginning of the billing cycle. Please ensure you cancel before the next billing period to avoid further charges.
Refund Policy:
At AIMusic,we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, subscribers who have not used any tokens during their subscription period may request a refund. You may only apply for a refund for the last month billing cycle. If you meet the refund criteria, please send your refund request to our email at [service@aimusic.fm], ensuring that you send the request from the email address associated with your AIMusic account for authorization. If possible, please include your ID to facilitate a prompt resolution. You can only request a refund for the last month billing cycle only. Please note that previous payments are non-refundable.
