How long does each query take?
* For simple queries, it typically takes just a few seconds. * For more complex queries involving multi-step deep internet searches and cross-referencing profiles, job postings, or organization searches, it can take a couple of minutes. This ensures we provide the most reliable, accurate, and comprehensive results.
How much does a query cost?
* We charge credits proportional to the LLM cost. The number of LLM calls is related to the complexity of the query. * The number of credits can be as low as 1 per query. * Complex queries can cost tens of credits.
How do I know my remaining credits?
Every email from your assistant will list your remaining credits, along with the cost in credits for the response.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to subscriptions@myko.ai.
How many emails do I get with the free trial?
The number of emails you can send during the free trial varies based on the complexity of your queries. Simple internet searches consume fewer credits, while complex internet searches and proprietary searches like profiles or job listings require more. With 50 credits, you should be able to conduct at least a couple of complex queries.
Can I refer my friends?
Yes, you can! Every email sent from the assistant includes a referral link that you can share with your friends. You'll receive 50 free credits for each friend who starts using the service through your referral.
