Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.

• Proven experience recruiting for senior-level roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in a startup or technology company.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while also being hands-on in recruitment efforts.

• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align recruiting efforts with company growth and strategic objectives.

Other Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and scale a team of three recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Partner with senior leaders across departments to understand hiring needs, growth objectives, and how talent acquisition can support business goals.

• Act as a hands-on recruiter for senior, executive, and highly specialized roles, working closely with leadership to source and hire top talent.

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent in a competitive market, with a focus on building diverse teams.

• Mentor, develop, and coach recruiters, helping them advance in their careers and elevate their recruiting skills, ensuring ongoing team growth and performance.
