What is KORUS?
KORUS is PIXELYNX’s flagship creation platform, combining blockchain, artificial intelligence, gaming and music production, that empowers creators and gamers alike to engage with the innovative projects, apps, digital collectibles, and more in the PIXELYNX music metaverse.
What is a KOR?
KOR (plural: KORs) is an AI companion, somewhat akin to a virtual avatar or digital character. Built on a novel AI framework and set of smart contracts, KORs allow you to generate new music content to collect and engage with others in the PIXELYNX metaverse. The first version of KOR will be free and available to anyone to collect, create, and sell new music content. PIXELYNX will soon roll-out premium KORs, branded to the style and beat of iconic artists and labels across the music industry.
What can I do with a KOR?
CREATE - Through KORUS, you’ll be able to create and own your own remix content, generate new revenue streams, and engage with your favorite artists and fan communities in a whole new way.TRAIN - By collecting different digital collectibles, content and music IP you can train/feed your KOR companion, to generate entirely new music content.REWARDS - After signing in to your PIXELYNX account and creating your first music output via KOR, you’ll earn a RELYX, similar to a badge or digital certificate, which will be stored in your inventory.MORE - In the future, KORUS will allow you to “mint” and sell your contentTo others on the platform or outside of it
Do I have to pay for my KOR?
The first version of KORUS (and the first KOR) launched on 25th May is not paid - it’s free for all members of our community to enjoy. Over the next several months, we will be revealing several paid, custom versions of KOR that are branded to and feature exclusive content from a number of iconic artists and/or labels - details and pricing coming soon!

How can I unlock stems relating to my DNA digital collectibles?
In order to unlock the stems associated with each DNA digital collectible drop, you must first connect your wallet and unlock the corresponding stems. This will allow you to create music outputs using these exclusive AI-models. Stay tuned for updates regarding DNA drops on our digital collectible drops page
Does my KOR offer additional functionalities beyond music creation
Music is just the first step in the KOR roadmap! Down the line, we’ll be expanding the various types of content that creators can generate with their KORs - including images, text and even videos! These features will roll-out over the coming months as KORs evolve and grow!
What are the Premium KORs?
Premium KORs are a different “species” of KORs, each with their own unique algorithm, creation model, and branded artist or label partner. You can create outputs in the style of each of the artists or labels and gain access to a trove of unique stems and exclusive inputs.Our first KORUS species will be announced soon.

Which blockchain can I sell (“mint”) my outputs on?
All KOR sales will take place on the Polygon blockchain.
How can I create something using my KOR?
To create with your KOR, you must input a music stem - simply add (+) stem and click ‘continue’.All users are able to access and input the 17 available stems. Droplet digital collectible holders will also have 3 additional stems, exclusive only to them.On June 7, we’ll be partnering with mau5trap to drop a new series of digital collectibles – if you purchase a mau5trap DNA digital collectible, you’ll be able to collect and train your AI companion with music content from select artists on the mau5trap label and input them into your KORUS over the next several weeks.Additional artists and DNA digital collectible drops will be revealed over the coming months so stay tuned!
