How does the 14-day free trial work?
We offer all new customers a 14-day free trial period from the day they sign up for Frontliners. During this trial period, you have unlimited access to get started using the various functions and have access to our support for questions and assistance.
How much does it cost to use Frontliners?
With us, you only pay for what you use, and only after you have used it. The monthly subscription starts at DKK 199 per month for up to nine employees, and then between DKK 29 and 89 per additional employee. See our packages here: [https://frontliners.ai/priser/](https://frontliners.ai/priser/).
How long is the commitment period?
You only commit to one month at a time. If subscriptions, for example, start on the 5th of a month and run until the 4th of the following month, you can cancel your subscription at any time and the first time it becomes the 4th of a month, the subscription will stop. After that, you will receive the last invoice from us.
How do I pay?
We accept most types of payment cards, so you simply enter your payment information into our system, after which the subscription will be paid automatically until you cancel it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app you will find a subscription area where you can see company information, invoices, payment information and subscription status. This is where you can cancel your subscription at any time with one click, until the end of a one-month period. You can also always call or write to our support, which can help you cancel your subscription.
Can I adjust the number of active employees according to seasonal work?
In Frontliners, you can deactivate employees during periods when they are not needed. For each monthly payment, you will only have to pay for the active number of employees. In addition, we do not count applicants and former applicants, even though you can create the applicants in our system and get to know them better before you choose who you hire.
Do I need to install any software?
Frontliners is a so-called progressive web application. This means that it is an app that does not need to be installed, but can be added directly to a home screen. It works via a browser, but behaves like an installed app. Therefore, everyone can use it regardless of which computer, tablet and smartphone they have.
Where do I find the Frontliners app?
You need to start by logging into [app.frontliners.ai](https://app.frontliners.ai) via a browser. On the Android phone you will be asked to install the app the first time you log in and on iPhone you need to select "add to home screen", so you have the app available along with all your other apps.
Can Frontliners be integrated with other systems?

How do I get support?
When you are logged in to Frontliners you can find support via our chat function, a support phone number, a support email address, and a helpdesk area. We strive to answer all inquiries immediately.
How does the support work?
Chat: When you are logged in, you can write to us in the chat and we almost always answer immediately. Telephone: Our telephone support is open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Mail: You can write to us 24 hours a day, and we will answer as quickly as we can. Usually, it takes less than an hour before you receive an answer. Helpdesk: Our helpdesk is open 24 hours a day with tips and tricks, video guides and much more that can help you move on immediately.

I forgot my user email, what do I do?
Contact your boss, who can tell you which email address you log in with. You can also try searching for the original invitation email from Frontliners in your inbox. Search for 'has invited you to use Frontliners'.
How do I get a login to Frontliners?

What languages are available?
