What Jenna can do for me?
Through Jenna’s dashboard, you can create positions, write screening questions (or select from pre-defined templates), and review candidate information. Jenna provides candidate information from the screening process and 3rd party sources.
What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is a computer program that can respond to multiple requests or questions automatically, 24/7, via messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, SMS, Slack, etc.
Where can candidates interact with my Jenna?
After connecting Jenna to a Facebook page, you can share a link to Jenna on any channel, including Facebook, your website, ads, and more.
On which Facebook page will Jenna be integrated?
You can choose; however, we recommend creating a separate Facebook page for Jenna (e.g., ‘Join Company’ Facebook page).
What languages does Jenna supports
Currently, only English is supported, but Spanish and Russian are in development.
Who selects the different questions per position?
You select the questions. You can add multiple positions and various question types. There is also a bank of pre-collected questions for many positions.
Is Jenna an ATS?
Jenna focuses on the screening phase of the recruiting process. Integration with leading ATSs is in progress.
Will Jenna work with my ATS?
ATS integration is currently for Enterprise plans only (with custom requests). Updates will be provided when available for Base plans.
