Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with an emphasis on modern frontend technologies (TypeScript/React/Next.js) and building delightful user interfaces

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business scenarios, collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and customers to explore and brainstorm new features which yield business value

• Lead or own the frontend design of new features and drive the implementations

• Develop and execute according to both short- and long-term roadmaps. Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation

• Follow the best software development practices, and hold the high engineering bar for the team by regularly leading design, code review and test plan reviews

Education Requirements:

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of production level experience in one of: Python, Go, Rust or similar language

• 2+ years of programming experience in Go is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Expert knowledge of computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design

• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems

• Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data

• Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL/Graph databases, database architecture, and distributed transaction management

Responsibilities:

• Build services, products and infrastructure at the intersection of machine learning and distributed systems

• Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around scalability, reliability and resiliency

• Design and build advanced CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines; help teams debug and build projects and workflows

• Mentor early career engineers; provide technical and cultural guidance

Education Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Other Requirements:

• Essential software engineering skills include proficiency in Git and its workflows, along with the capability to develop code that is ready for production use

• Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and related tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn)

• Strong understanding of AI/ML basic algorithms, principles, and best practices, especially in Computer Vision

• Experience with data processing and data analytics tools and techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex problems where analyses require in-depth evaluation of various factors

• Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments, and familiarity with MLOps tools

• Experience in model acceleration and optimization, and familiarity with related tools (e.g., OpenVINO, TensorRT)

• Knowledge of cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML capabilities

• Strong understanding of the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies in other fields, such as Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Graph Deep Learning

Responsibilities:

• Maintain deployed AI/ML models, ensuring their reliability and performance over time

• Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to drive innovative applications and products

• Perform data mining, data cleaning, and data preprocessing

• Conduct experiments and prototype new models to evaluate their performance and potential impact
