Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager or software product marketer

• 5 years of hands-on experience working in warehouse automation and logistics

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in optimization and/or machine learning; proven ability to leverage data in decision-making

• Experience working with software engineering teams in a hands-on capacity as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role

• Demonstrated history of becoming an expert in an unfamiliar domain

• Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to continuously improve it

• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects with minimal oversight

• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate with a diverse user base

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AutoScheduler platform

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive projects to completion

• Act as a liaison between business units, ensuring alignment and communication

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction Define client outcomes at strategic and executional levels Implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions to drive growth for customers Partner with sales leaders to create and own messaging, benefits, and communication of the AutoScheduler platform Evangelize the platform through thought leadership pieces, conference presentations, and video creation
