Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in UX design, with experience across the full UX stack

Other Requirements:

• Strong skills in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

• Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and research

• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments

• U.S. citizenship required
