What is voice testing? Why do I need it?
Current voice agents are notoriously hard to test. Teams currently spend hours testing these agents on a limited number of test cases. We spin up 1000s of parallel test calls to your voice agent and give you detailed reports on where your agent is struggling. This is more scalable, systematic, and rigorous than human vibe checks - where a human manually goes through a set of questions to assess quality.

Do you just test the voice piece or the conversational LLM flow as well?
We test both voice and conversational aspects of your system. For voice, we test your system's ability to handle long pauses, interruptions, and background noises. For conversational flows, we test your system's ability to handle complex conversations and an array of personas.
What metrics do you use to measure voice and conversational quality? Can I define my own metrics?
We routinely build bespoke metrics for customers in unique domains. You can also define your own metrics and use them for both testing your voice agents in dev and prod.
How does Hamming integrate with existing LLM frameworks or voice infrastructure?
