Do you just test the voice piece or the conversational LLM flow as well?
We test both voice and conversational aspects. For voice, we test handling pauses, interruptions, and background noise. For conversations, we test complex conversations and various personas.
What metrics do you use to measure voice and conversational quality? Can I define my own metrics?
We routinely build bespoke metrics for customers in unique domains. You can also define your own metrics for testing in dev and production.
How does Hamming integrate with existing LLM frameworks or voice infrastructure?
See our Python SDK and Typescript SDK. Integration is ~30 lines of code. We're agnostic to any framework, LLMs, or voice infrastructure.
