Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as QA Lead or QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of test strategy and test plans

• Develop, document, and maintain test suites as well as test cases

• Ensure full test coverage and feature traceability

• Create and execute automated tests using product APIs and scripting

• Execute manual tests and identify software problems for functional and non-functional requirements, including testing security and rendering of colorsLed testing and validation of iOS, Android, and C++ SDKsTest embedded systems on battery power devicesCreate bug reports and verify bug fixesDocument test results and create product quality metrics reportsRecommend improvements to enhance customer experienceWork closely with the support team and our customers to collect customer feedback and address reported quality problemsOther duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management using Agile methodologies

Other Requirements:

• Good hands on experience in Project Management tools to include Microsoft Project and Jira

• Experience with a geographically distributed development teams

• Strong writing, communication & presentation skills

• Must have excellent track record of successful delivery of medium to large scale USA based clients’ projects and/or Products

• Good knowledge & experience in RFP review, analysis and proposal development

• Experience in client coordination, requirement understanding & system analysis

Responsibilities:

• Handle planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project

• Guide the team as an agile coach on best practices

• Leading the development team by ensuring high quality deliverables on time and on budget

• Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work

• Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contributionEncourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the teamPresent status reports of the project to the senior officials of the organization & clientsRFP review, analysis and proposal developmentClient liaison, requirement gathering & analysis

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in UX/UI design role with hands on experience building multi-faceted web-based applications

Other Requirements:

• Good understanding and experience of building user interfaces for websites and/or multi-faceted web applications

• Experience in graphic design, wireframe creation, storyboarding, process flows and sitemaps

• Comfortable working with modern design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, InVision, etc.

• Experience designing Dashboards and Data visualization

• Experience/understanding in programs such as Bootstrap, jQuery, WordPress, Web Programming, Web User Interface Design (UI), Cross-browser compatibility

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to be self-motivated, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Responsibilities:
