The price of each property's CM2 will be based on the transaction fees incurred by the platform in acquiring the physical property and the current market value of the property. The price of CM2 will be updated periodically based on the latest value of the property.

Yes, the CM2 marketplace for each property will be opened one month after the property project is registered on the platform. At that time, you will be able to freely sell your expected price and quantity in the CM2 marketplace. Similarly, buyers will also set their expected purchase price and the number of units required.
All property document data, including deeds, leases, government taxes, and property maintenance expenses, will be disclosed on the platform to maintain transparency and openness.
