Dizzy Robot is a four-legged robot designed entirely from the ground up, featuring custom-designed plastic components, motors, motor drivers, and a main controller. The design is enhanced by 3D printing, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality while protecting internal components. The robot utilizes innovative components such as the DirectServo micro-controller, which turns BLDC motors into servos and allows multiple controllers to connect in parallel using an RS485 serial interface. Dizzy Motor is a high-torque actuator with a planetary gearbox that operates similarly to DirectServo but provides greater torque in a compact design. The mainboard raises battery voltage, supplies power to various components, and also incorporates a Raspberry Pi W for Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling remote command execution and sensor reading via HTTP, suitable for AI development.
