There are three basic steps after you purchase the license. 1. We will contact you and arrange a phone call to check your requirements and do some pre-arrangements. 2. We will install the system remotely on your server or in your private cloud. 3. We will teach you how to use the platform.
After the initial license fee, there are no recurring or hidden costs to use the software. The operating costs will depend on the volume of conversations for your projects but are generally quite low – some Activechat projects even use free private cloud plans.
Currently we offer on-premise and private cloud installations only. Managed hosting plans will be available for Activechat in 2024.
