Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a SaaS or AI-driven product environment

Other Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise in software development, debugging, and code optimization; familiarity with genetic algorithms is a plus

• Experience with enterprise software integration and APIs in a SaaS or on-premise setup

• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

• Familiarity with debugging tools and frameworks, including Postman, Kubernetes, or Docker

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Highly customer-oriented and proactive in addressing and solving issues with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers

• Oversee and assist with the technical implementation of TurinTech’s platform, including integrations, deployment, and optimization

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for using TurinTech’s AI-powered tools to enhance code efficiency and reliability

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal engineering teams as needed

• Conduct technical training and workshops to enhance customer knowledge of the platform

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role

Other Requirements:

• Strong expertise in AWS services and architecture

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management

• Proficiency in using Terraform or alternatives for infrastructure as code

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Github CI, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins)

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker for seamless deployment

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and incident response
