Education Requirements:

• BS, MS or Ph.D in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field is required

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing machine learning systems/applications

• 2+ years of experience in feature engineering on financial fraud detection

Other Requirements:

• Experience working with Apache Spark and Data Bricks

• Fluency in the Python (non-Jupyter) machine learning life cycle designing, developing, deploying and maintaining models in production

• Strong SQL skills. Strong analytical, feature engineering and data modeling skills. Advanced understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes

• A strong grasp of traditional machine learning algorithms, both unsupervised and supervised

• Experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, including scoping technical tasks and effectively communicating progress toward milestones

• Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles including software design, source control management, build processes, automated deployments, code reviews, testing methods

• Experience working with AWS

Responsibilities:

• Identify ML techniques into Unit 21 products

• Take Ownership of the development lifecycle of features and modeling

• Design Data acquisition strategies across customers with different schemas

• Solve various ML and Programming puzzles

• Gain insights and features from manipulating large data sets Automate model training and inference in real time across many models and customers Build out ML models from raw data to fully featured products Identify differences in data distribution that could potentially affect model performance in real-world applications Run machine learning experiments, identify key features, interpret model results, and document findings

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Studies in HR or related fields are especially helpful

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a People function that includes a strong component of operations, preferably in the technology space

Other Requirements:

• Experience supporting payroll management

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience scaling a team through high growth at a growing B2B SaaS company, with a proven record of achieving significant results

• deep product marketing and/or demand generation experience and have led teams of 5+ marketers across a variety of disciplines

• Significant experience in B2B technology marketing (preferably analytics platforms and/or fintech) with a solid understanding of the ecosystem and technical audiences we serve

• Proven track record in leading new brand positioning, new brand campaigns, activation programs and copy to market from a total company perspective

• Track record of managing a high dollar budget annually with excellent performance metrics Ability to aggressively prioritize the few things that have the biggest impact Love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, inspire and grow a team of marketers responsible for our pipeline, demand generation, user retention, product marketing, brand, and PR

• Establish demand generation best practices, owning accountability for and managing the top and mid-funnel lead routing, nurturing, and retention strategies, and ensure delivery of pipeline and leads to support our aggressive growth goals

• Develop, communicate, and execute Unit21’s marketing strategy and plan, both near and long-term

• Set current and long-term goals for direct reports and supporting functions

• Effectively lead across functional boundaries, ensuring alignment on the goals and objectives Drive awareness for Unit21 Represent Unit21 at relevant industry events including speaking, sponsorship, and exhibiting opportunities
