RealEye studies are proven to be around 110 px accurate, allowing for precise user interaction analysis with gaze point predictions at up to 60 Hz.
Who can participate in my study?
Either your own or RealEye participants, with the requirement of having a laptop or PC with a webcam.
If I'm not satisfied with results - can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds due to how our system operates; however, a 7-day free trial allows users to evaluate our service.
What’s the difference between own and RealEye panelists?
Your own participants are those you invite with a participation link, while RealEye participants are randomly selected from our panel network.
Can I get more participants?
You can acquire additional participants at any time; each additional participant costs $1.2, and RealEye panelists cost $10 each.
What equipment or setup does RealEye require?
RealEye requires a device with a webcam for eye-tracking functionality.
