Starting at the beginning of every month, the message credit is reset to zero, and unused message credit does not roll over to the next month.

The amount of data you can use to train the chatbot depends on the knowledge base characters in the knowledge base, which includes website URLs, PDF documentation, Q&A, Notion, CSV and data sources.
How can I check the knowledge base characters count of my training documents?
Total number of knowledge base characters consumed is shown on the header of analytics page of each chatbot.
Are there additional charges for integrating my chatbot with external platforms?
There are no additional charges for integrations with external applications. However, your chosen plan must have the integration feature enabled.
What does "unlimited message credit" mean in the Ultra Plan?
In the Ultra plan, the message credit is unlimited. You receive 30,000 message credits for free, and to access the unlimited option, you must provide your own OpenAI key.
