Does OrgaNice work with workspaces using Slack free plan?
No, OrgaNice cannot work with workspaces using Slack free plan due to Slack limitations.
How do you count active members?
We count the number of members in your Slack workspace. Guests and external members are not included in the pricing.
How do the bot notifications work?
OrgaNice sends notifications asking members to fill in missing profile data, and if ignored, follows up via email and reports to admins.
What is a data completion page?
The Data Completion page shows the status of profile data completion for users.
Why can’t I edit other positions but mine on the org chart?
Members can only edit their own positions unless logged in as an admin.
What is the difference between Slack’s workspace admins and OrgaNice’s admins?
Slack's admins can configure in Slack, while OrgaNice's admins can manage the org chart and receive reports on data completion.
Why can’t I edit my profile fields in Slack anymore?
OrgaNice requires syncing from API data source which restricts direct edits in Slack.
What will happen to subordinates if I delete a manager?
Subordinates will also be removed from the org chart if their manager is deleted.
