Can I import existing images into Cuebric?
Cuebric accommodates both .png and .jpg file formats. Once imported, these files can fully utilize AI-driven features such as inpainting, segmentation, and upscaling.
What is the size limitation?
Currently, the maximum size for image generation is approximately 1 million pixels. However, our upscaling tool enables you to expand your layers to 16K resolution.
How do I export to Disguise?
For exporting to Disguise, select the 'depth method' in the segmentation tool. This action reveals 'Depth maps' and ‘To Disguise’ options.
Can I generate HDR images?
The platform is presently limited to generating 8bit images. However, we are actively exploring advancements to elevate our image quality to meet film industry standards.
What is Inpainting?
Inpainting allows you to alter or fix parts of an image using AI to guess and recreate missing parts or modify existing parts while keeping their shape.
How can I work with Cuebric assets in Unreal Engine?
In Unreal Engine, set up a 2.5D scene using multiple flat planes. Cuebric layers can be applied as textures to these planes.
What file types are supported?
Cuebric exports to .png, .jpg and .psd files, with .tiff and .exr coming soon. Cuebric also supports Disguise 2.5D exports, with .usd and .fbx on the way.
Can I run Cuebric offline?
Cuebric operates as a browser-based tool, optimized for use in Google Chrome. We are currently developing a localized offline version.
What are the advanced settings for?
Cuebric's advanced settings offer control for both image generation and inpainting.
How does Cuebric AI-segment images?
Cuebric features two automatic segmentation functions: Object and Depth.
