I don't understand how AMA's response is related to health.

I asked AMA for details about a message received at the beginning of the conversation, but the chatbot answered as if it was the first time I mentioned it.
AMA doesn't save messages to maintain confidentiality. Start a new topic or respond to the latest message for a smooth conversation.
