What do I get when I subscribe?
When you subscribe, you receive tokens to use with our Chrome extension. These tokens allow you to generate comments on all supported social media platforms. It’s the easiest way to boost your engagement and grow your following!
The email used for stripe payment is the login email?
Yes! The email that you are going to use for the payment will be reserved as email for your login.
Do tokens reset every month?
Yes, tokens reset every 30 days from the start of your subscription. This means you’ll always have a fresh supply of tokens to keep your social media interactions lively and engaging.
Which AI technology is used?
Currently, I am utilizing the latest GPT-4o model.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you use 50 or less tokens you are eligible for a refund. Send DM me on twitter(faster) at @Aspiiire1 or send an email to support@exiiit.com with the reason for the refund.
What are the supported languages?
For the generated content, is an open box, so you could use any GPT supported language; For the box that appears in your socials the language of buttons and inputs has the same languages of the website that you find at the bottom of the page, more will be added soon but that doesn't interfere with language chosen for generation.

Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is safe! I know I sound like all the other companies that sell data, but I don't retain the comments that you generate and I don't save or access your social details, the only thing retained is your email and your details provided during signup with the chosen provider.
How easy is it to set up?
Setting up is simple and straightforward. Pay the subscription (the email used to payment, will be the email used for subscription), Download the Super Comments Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, sign in with same email used for the payment, and start using it immediately to boost your social media engagement.
Can I customize the comments?
Yes, you can customize the comments to match your style and preferences. The AI generate a comment, and you can tweak as needed before posting.
What platforms are supported?
Currently, Super Comments works on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), with more platforms coming soon.
I have to pay a subscription for each social media account?
Nope, once you are subscribed, you can login and your Super Comments account will allow you to generate comments for any account you have.
What if I run out of tokens?
Based on demand I was planning to allow custom refills of tokens, please reach out to me if you are interested!
Why I have to pay to try?
As a solo working in this project at this stage I am unable to offer a free plan because people take advantage of it creating fake accounts to get free tokens forever and I have to pay for GPT. That said, I created that plan at 0.99€ to let pay pay the lowest amount possible and block people that are not intentioned to pay for this software, instead of giving you 50 tokens I am giving you 100 to try the product before committing to a subscription.
