Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating developer-focused documentation, portals, or content for APIs and SDKs

• Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts, including REST APIs, SDKs, and modern development frameworks

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content

• Familiarity with tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Markdown, Git, and static site generators (e.g., Docusaurus, Gatsby)

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to create accurate and helpful resources

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to design user-centric experiences for developers

• Background in developer relations, technical writing, or developer experience preferred

• Experience with API design, programming languages, or building sample apps

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a developer portal featuring tutorials, guides, and interactive tools for using our APIs and SDKs

• Write, edit, and manage technical documentation, including API references, integration guides, SDK usage examples, and troubleshooting resources

• Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to understand developer needs and translate complex concepts into simple, actionable content

• Build onboarding experiences and sample applications to showcase the potential of our platform

• Define tools, processes, and best practices for documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a software development environment

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical teams

• Proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong plus

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and key concepts such as sprints, releases, and version control is advantageous

Experience Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Design Systems

• Mobile Design Principles – HIG ( Apple Design Principles and Material Design ( Android Design Principles )

• Proficient with Figma / Illustrator / Photoshop and alike

• Past experience with using wireframes to bring concepts to production

• Past experience designing CRM or Dashboard is beneficial
