This tool isn't working: Help!
If the tool isn't working, sometimes server slowdowns occur; it may take up to 15 minutes to receive your summary, and check your spam folder.
What is the correct format of the email?
The first url link in the body of your email is what we process; subject lines and other content do not matter.
How (and why) would I cc my friends?
You can cc your friends so they receive the original article and a summary from us.
