What is a board?
Boards help you structure information from a document. They can be customised to suit your workflow and business. They ensure information is always stored in a consistent format to help you with your workflow.
How do I create a board?
Start by using one of our templates and customise the columns you need. Alternatively, start from scratch, describe what you want and we'll create a board for you.
Can I edit a board after it's been created?
Yes, you can edit a board after it's been created. You can add or remove columns, change the column type, or update the column name.
How do I add information to a board?
Simply drag the files you want to add to your board. We currently support PDFs, PNG and emails. Alternatively, every board has an email address. All emails sent to this address, including attachments, will be added to the board.
What is considered a large file?
Files larger than 10 MB are considered large files. In addition, PDFs are limited to 10 pages on the free plan.
What is a credit?
Credits are consumed whenever you add information to your board or run a task. Credits refresh monthly.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
If you exceed your credit limit, you will be unable to add additional rows to your board or run tasks until you upgrade or until your credits refresh.
What is a user?
A user on Kili has the ability to build, test and run tasks. If you need multiple users to access Kili, please get in touch with us.
