• Lead client workshops to define requirements for the virtual agent’s conversational flows

• Develop text and related media content within EBO for the virtual agent to understand, interact and communicate with end-users based on pre-agreed workflows

• Build in the dialogs for the Virtual Agent using our exceptional dialog designer module within the EBO platform

• Oversee all changes to the customer support journey through approval of new processes and workflows

• Identify and diagnose issues experienced by our clients

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management, product development, or prior experiences in strong product management functions that have involved building and shipping products to market

Other Requirements:

• Experience with the PM tech stack (ie. JIRA, Figma, Productboard, Aha, Amplitude, Pendo, etc., Product Testing Tools etc.)

• Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making

• SaaS experience, technical fluency, and an ability to understand modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client-server architecture, etc.) to help drive strategic and technical discussions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product requirements, customer challenges, and GTM messaging
