Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization of client onboarding, and daily follow-up activities;

• Schedule, organize, and co-animate client meetings;

• Participate in innovation consulting projects;

• Conceive new or improve existing procedures regarding the customer journey.

• Control and validate product release before delivery; Receive customer feedback and transfer it internally Carry out testing campaigns and bug-reporting

Experience Requirements:

• Interest for NLP, Machine Learning and Data Science

• Basic knowledge of Python

• Basic knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB

• Curiosity, Autonomy, Creativity

• Problem-solving attitude

Other Requirements:

• Working language is EN, knowledge of FR and/or NL is a clear plus. Partial remote work is possible but weekly presence in Brussels office is mandatory
