Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Product Marketing to implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy

• Define the value proposition of our products and develop messaging

• Serve as a key liaison between the product management team and the marketing team

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University. Degree in linguistics, data science, or other related fields preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a professional services or technology organization. Experience delivering LLM or language data services preferred

• Understand client and project objectives to define methodology, job design, guidelines, recruitment requests, and quality management plan

• Lead project teams in a matrix environment to ensure end-to-end delivery against project scope, timeline and budget

• Provide regular project status reporting, such as productivity, quality, financial health, and other key performance metrics

• Manage and escalate risks, and undertake recovery actions as necessary

• Provide clear communications to internal and external stakeholders
