Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT
5+ years of experience in a live operating environment
3+ years of experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS & Azure)
3+ years of experience managing deployment environments and CI/CD pipelines
3+ years as a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineer
Other Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of modern technology trends
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrators, DevOps Engineer)
Experience with real-time communications technology (Telephony/VoIP)
Experience with Machine Learning (ML)
Experience with startup technology organizations (preferably FinTech)
Experience with physical security appliances (firewalls and VPNs)
Responsibilities:
Execute technology maintenance processes for software product releases
Build and maintain cloud architectures
Automate infrastructure provisioning in AWS and Azure
Create system alerts and monitor cloud application availability
Oversee and manage physical hardware appliances deployed to client sites
