Experience Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design

Familiarity with GIS data (plus)

Responsibilities:
Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform
Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered design
Iterate on user interface design and comfort in aligning stakeholders to make the best decisions for the user
Participate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/sales
Work closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmap

Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Other Requirements:
Full fluency (speak, read, and write) in English

Responsibilities:
Hunt for leads, map enterprise accounts, and build demand for Arturo’s full suite of solutions
Achieve and exceed your monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Become a master of Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn and various other systems to achieve success with outbound prospecting and follow-up
Research accounts to determine how and where Arturo’s products and solutions can provide value and then execute on making outbound dials, sending personalized emails, and leveraging social selling to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
Work in partnership with our Account Executive team to create account strategies, territory plans, and successfully create new business opportunities
