Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and run processes for user and internal operations to support the company’s hyper-growth

• Develop and execute operational playbooks and contribute to customer resources such as FAQs, help guides, and tutorials to enhance user experience

• Serve as the bridge between our customers and the engineering & business teams, effectively communicating customer issues and feedback to drive product improvements

• Understand the needs and expectations of customer groups, ideate and execute tailored strategies to drive adoption of the product, and establish positive long-term relationships

• Assist in the scaling of Hypotenuse AI, and collaborate with other roles across tech, product and marketing to support initiatives You’ll learn a lot about AI, SaaS, operations, customer success, and product in an early-stage start-up, but it will be demanding and comes with a whole lot of hard work

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1-4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent

Other Requirements:

• Prior experience with AI is not necessary (though it would be a bonus), but you need to have a strong interest and inclination for it—you’ll learn a ton about it in the role

• You're familiar with software engineering best practices (system design, testing, deployments, agile & sprints, OOP etc..) and have worked with large codebases before

• Architect and design systems that can scale up to handle high traffic and a large amount of data, with high robustness, reliability and monitoring/error handling.
