Experience Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in IT support, platform monitoring, or a similar role

Other Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized application monitoring

• Basic understanding of any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with incident management processes and ITIL best practices

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and document issues clearly

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve platform-related issues effectively

• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Monitor platform health and performance using Cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)

• Respond promptly to incidents, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalate critical issues to the Site Reliability Engineering team

• Perform root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports when required

• Document incident management activities and maintain up-to-date logs of actions taken

• Participate in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 platform support, ensuring continuous availability and performance
