Responsibilities:

• Participating and leading design workshops

• Writing functional specifications and having them validated by the relevant stakeholders

• Defining the testing strategy

• Describing all the test cases to be performed

• Preparing datasets with the IT teams, running the tests and providing a progress report Participating in project committees that you will prepare for stakeholders (progress/arbitration/project risks/deadlines…) Analyzing and evaluating the technical feasibility of client requests and estimating the effort involved in client requests Setting up the technical and functional documentation for the solution Setting up Scal-e instances for our clients Coordinating the team of IT project managers and junior data engineers to define workload plans Collaborating with the R&D teams to implement new features for the tool: design, coding, front-end/back-end debugging

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, and pandas libraries

• Data-oriented problem-solving skills: exploration, visualization, features extraction, and model tuning

• Understanding Machine Learning models: objective functions, regularization, gradient descent, optimization techniques, the curse of dimensionality, etc.

• ML feature engineering (e.g., tokenization, pre-processing and aggregation, pre-trained embeddings)
