Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in IT support roles

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or CCNA are preferred

Responsibilities:

• User Support: Provide second-level support to end-users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues

• Incident Management: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Level II incidents, service requests and help desk

• Systems Administration: Administer servers, backup operations, and network-related tasks

• Infrastructure Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits and software updates

• Security Oversight: Monitor the security of all technology systems
