Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Principal Engineer or a similar role

• 3+ years managing and developing local and/or international teams

• Adtech industry experience

Other Requirements:

• Experience with Node.js (Express.js), MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GoLang, AWS

• Ad Tech exposure with strong working knowledge of RTB along with Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs

• Proven ability to articulate and execute product vision, strategy, planning, and development

• A systems thinker with a quick mind and humble confidence

• Passionate about design and creative problem-solving with interest in the AdTech industry

• Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment while building scalable solutions

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• A strong collaborator with the ability to partner closely with internal teams

• Develop infrastructure that powers advanced adtech solutions, driving innovation in areas such as real-time bidding (RTB), audience segmentation, and dynamic creative optimization of campaigns by leveraging advanced algorithmic systems in order to enhance results and drive business growth
